Wordless Wednesday: Happy Mother’s Day!

Adaline would like to wish everyone a Happy Mother’s Day!
(If you are reading this in an email or feed you’ll need to click through to the blog to view the video.)

Adaline gave me a giant Mother’s Day card which she stole off of me the second that she saw it was Elmo!

Mommy and her little girl 🙂

I tried to get a picture with Adaline and Muppet.
They were not cooperative.

Sometimes I get a shower…

  3. What awesome pictures of the two of you having fun together! Where do you get the puff ball ponytail holders for Adaline? They are SO cute and I think my little Abby would love something like that in her hair. 🙂

    • Rosann, I got those cute pom poms at Gymboree. They were actually a winter item that I got on clearance for .99 a set! I love them, I think they’re so cute and everyone comments on them when we’re out! They probably won’t have any left now. I bought all that was left in my store and even those I had to ask the clerk if she had any left! They’ll probably come back out with them this winter.

      • I’ll have to check Gymboree at the Outlets. That’s where I get most of the girls’ clothing and such, but I haven’t seen those at all. Or maybe I’ll have to wait until next winter. Of course, by then I will have missed the opportunity for Abby to wear them…cause she’ll be THREE!! 😦

We may just have to stick with cute barrettes and curly ribbon hair accessories. Thanks for the info!

    • Why thank you…we like to think that we’re adorable. My hubby didn’t even get to see me dressed up that day because he was at work. I had to show him pictures and tell him, “Two people at church today told me I looked hot!” which is kinda weird, right? lol

I was so excited when I saw that shirt! Hubby kinda gave me a look like, “You’re cool, huh?” and I told him, “Shut up it’s for the blog.” I just found one at Gymboree today for Father’s Day that says “Cool like Daddy” I was so excited. Wow, I need a hobby (other than this blog).

    • Thanks, Rachel! I was actually in Target and saw another little girl wearing them. I commented to my mom about 5 times how cute I thought they were until she finally went up to the girls mother and asked where she got them (Gymboree). Luckily the mall is right down the road from Target so I went straight there and walked up to the clerk and asked for the puffy balls 😉 Once she figured out what I meant she said they were a winter item and she’d check in back. They were on sale for .99! I bought 3 sets (all that they had) and she gets compliments on them all the time!

(You can thank me later for telling you that long boring story. I know that you really wanted all of that information and are now anticipating a scanned copy of the receipt as a momento ;))
