February Holiday Traditions

Holiday Traditions for February

Can you believe that January is more than halfway over already? February will be here soon, so it’s time to start planning your holiday traditions! Here are some ideas for family traditions for February Holidays. Okay, well, mostly for Groundhog Day. I have some kind of weird crush on Groundhog Day, I have no idea why.

    • Happy early birthday 😉 My son has a February birthday as well & my daughter has her half-birthday.
Now if I could just get over my groundhog obsession and start focusing on the other awesome February holidays, that would be something! 😉

  2. I cannot believe that it’s already time to think about Valentine’s Day. I’m definitely going to have to come back and use several of your ideas!

Also, I’m one of your SITS tribe members. So happy to meet you!

Your I love you shadow reminds me of that episode of Max and Ruby when Ruby is trying to make a ballerina poster and she uses Max’s shadow to create her arabesque…yeah…I really need a life.

  5. What a great round up! Sometimes we forget what fun things we can do with our kids in February. Valentine’s Day is a given, but Groundhog’s Day is often overlooked. I really like the “I Love You” shadow activity.

    • Thank, Kristen! 🙂 I have a weird obsession with Groundhog Day. I have about 3 more Groundhog Day drafts that will probably publish next year. There’s just something about men in top hats shaking a groundhog in the air that makes me want to celebrate! 😉
